Items you need

• Paper plate
• glue
• Scissor
• Construction paper
• Cotton balls
• String

Instructions

1. Cut the paper plate in half, and apply glue to the cut edges and apply the cotton
2. As the paper plate is drying cut out some flower shape and a sun shape with the construction paper
3. Next glue the string on the bottom of the plate, and the top of the plate
4. Glue your shapes to the attached string except for the sun
5. Finally, glue your sun on top of the plate
