Things you need

• Red construction paper
• google eyes
• red pipe cleaners
• toothpick
• tape
• Scissor

Instructions

1. Rip strips of blue construction paper, and glue them on the white paper
2. Next use your scissor to cut your
3. Next, glue the remaining pipe cleaners on both sides of the cylinder construction paper
4. insert the toothpick on top of the construction paper and glue on the google eyes
5. Finally, cut your construction paper into small pacman circles
